external noise sound privacy

The staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked to extend parking.

The noise was just AWFUL!!! I barely slept, even on the 7th floor. There was screaming, shouting, and music. It sounded like a train, and hallway conversations kept me awake.

central location upgraded room helpful staff digital check-in

The location was very central. i could walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel room was very clean! though the parking was expensive. the staff was helpful and friendly. I got an upgraded room from a staff member. the digital check-in process was efficient.

the air conditioning was locked, so i couldn't change the temperature in my room.

nespresso machine ironing board

i stayed in a superior double room. the nespresso machine was a real treat, it was great having coffee right in the room, there was also a kettle. i found an ironing board alongside an iron for quick touch-ups before heading out.

i did wait a long time for food from the restaurant, even though i saw few other diners.

the bed was, i guess, adequately comfy and the room was clean.

seriously, finding parking near this place was a nightmare, no one answers the phone or emails. i had to use some random ncp across the street, and it felt super unsafe. guys were just hanging out in the stairwells, real classy

slow refund unclear instructions

the room service failed. i ordered macaroni cheese, but it was unavailable. i then ordered beef lasagne. a vegetarian lasagne was delivered instead. a manager offered a refund, but it took almost two weeks. the car park location needs clearer instructions since it was dark upon my 3:15 pm arrival.
